That start-up culture

A couple of notes that came to mind long time back:

… when a company stops sending individual regret letters to ALL applicants, be sure the start-up culture is dying. Time to rethink why you want to work there.

… when a company stops sending ANY regret letters to ALL applicants, it indicates an arrogant, possibly bureaucratic, culture. Time to stop thinking.

… when a company explicitly states it will not respond to any letters or provide application status, the lawyers are running it. Move on.
